Drinking Mercury existed for a small period of time in 1997 before taking it's name from a Smashing Pumpkins lyric. Formed by Markk, and driven by his desire to create. In 98' the original lineup changed to include Taylor, later in 99' adding Kevin, and finally adding Toadzy.
