They may cool it down occasionally to let the audience catch their breath to a smoking rendition of Dobie Gray's Drift Away or Storyville's Good Day for the Blues, only to re-rev the motor with more heart stopping jams by the likes of Delbert McClinton or the good-old standard Mustang Sally.
